Philippe Coutinho has signalled that he is eager to rejoin Liverpool when the transfer window reopens this summer. The Brazilian attacker was a fan favourite during his five years at Anfield.

“I’m ready to come home,” Coutinho told Soccer on Sunday. “The fans know my heart belongs to Liverpool. Joining Barcelona? That was just a little transfer banter. Notice that I deliberately played shite in the Champions League semi-final at Anfield? You’re welcome, by the way.”
“I promise never to leave again,” said the midfielder, who is currently loaned to Bayern Munich. “Obviously it would be difficult to say no if Real Madrid or PSG came calling, but sure we’ll cross that bridge when I’m leaving again.”
“You’ll never walk a bone,” added Coutinho. “That doesn’t sound right. Can someone Google that for me please?”
