Odion Ighalo will remain quarantined from his teammates until UTD’s final game of the season against Leicester on 17th May. The Nigerian is training in isolation as a precaution since arriving from Coronavirus-ravaged China last month.
“No, it’s not a surprise,” said Ole Gunnar Solskjaer, his eye twitching from apparent stress. “I knew Odion would be quarantined until May. People say, ‘Why sign him then Ole, you dozy Scandinavian git?’ As I say, nervous breakdowns take many forms.”
“We’ll keep going,” added the Norwegian, wheezing and clutching his chest. “I have full confidence in my squad. Is that defibrillator charged? Could someone hand it to me please?”
