José Mourinho has encouraged Son Heung-min and Hugo Lloris to settle their dispute by fighting to the death at Tottenham’s Enfield training centre. The pair had to be separated by teammates during Spurs’ narrow victory over Everton.
“Is beautiful,” Mourinho told Soccer on Sunday. “I applaud the handbags, but perhaps if one player killed the other the whole squad would benefit from the intensity.”
“I do not like to tell my players how to fight to the death,” said the former UTD boss. “But perhaps a cage. No rules. A choice of machete or chainsaw. And Harry as captain chanting ‘Two Men Enter, One Man Leave’ over and over until Sonny or Hugo emerges holding the other man’s head.”
“Is very straightforward,” added Mourinho.
